Lmao, people without tattoos are going to look SOOO much better than us tattooed girls when we're 70. I mean, all of those wrinkles & saggy skin is going to look so much hotter than our life stories, experiences, loves & expression on our skin.

Hahaha Andrea not only made me laugh but also made a good point; I'd never thought of it that way before. I don't think they're trashy in and of themselves, but like any work of art they can be abused. If your artist is no good or if your design were something dumb (or if it were our first tattoo and you were going for a commitment as big as sleeves) then I'd see why you might say trashy, but you already have an artist and it isn't your first, and your designs are good. I do tend to think that your tattoos draw attention to wherever you put them, so if you're secure in how your arms look now (some girls are self conscious about that) then I'd say go for it. Do it for those of us with less courage and cash!!

That all depends on the quality of the tattoo and what is on the sleeve, I think that they look good on some people but you need the personality and attitude to be able to rock them and make them look good.

Sorry but the word trashy is highly unnecessary. Some may not think it looks good but trashy is very offensive. @everyone including me, What if someone said that what you were wearing right now is trashy?? Or something about you looks trashy? Would you just shrug?? I doubt it. I wouldn't. And no, I don't have a sleeve but I don't mind tattoos.

Btw think about a piece that means a lot to you not anyone else I have nine tattoos and I love them and planning on getting more excuse my French but fuck what society thinks its your body you at the end of the day it's you and don't listen to what some grls say about careers I've seen lawyers, doctors ( all type), athletes, models, have tats it's 2013 my sons pediatrician has a sleeve and I don't judge him for the tattoo plus work you cover up and when you get out show it off. Don't listen to people that hate or try to make you feel less then what they r being perfect is being itself not like others I say get but start off with a half sleeve that can be later connected to the full sleeves, tattoos don't make you you make urself girlie and FYI people with tats have better personality

If you want to see a really cute sleeve look up Ashley Saller. She has a gorgeous fairytale/true love themed sleeve done by Kat Von D and I love it. She looks badass but it's still completely adorable. Tattoos are not for me personally but I think girls have just as much freedom to want or have a whole sleeve as men and it not be considered trashy. A poorly done tattoo is just that though, regardless of what it is or who its on.

It looks good if you've got the right look. if you aren't trashy then it'll look good, aslong as the colour stays and moisturise it so it doesn't look dry and faded:)

I wouldn't get one but that's a personal preference. I'm not edgy enough to pull off the look and it'd look strange because I'm such a minimalist. But I've seen some girls with some killer pieces... most of them covering up a good hunk of their body.
