I have a school dance coming up and I want to know your experiences of getting your makeup done at a Mac counter. Anything I should expect or be expected to do?

I had a friend that got her makeup done at the Mac counter, and I don't know if you've noticed, but the girls who work there kind of overdo their own makeup. My friend got in the chair and the makeup girl started putting on concealer and she overdid it, my friend hated it but was too polite to say anything. She pretended to look at her phone and lied to say she was late to be somewhere lol. So I recommend that you tell them to go natural on your face. Tell them where you are going (ie school dance) so they can do something extra to make your makeup beautiful, but overall tell them to go natural and light on the makeup they do for you:)

Thank you! The person doing my makeup is my cousins girlfriend so she pretty much knows what I like. Thanks for the advice! ❤

I only asked for a color match for foundation which I plan to go back and buy,but I agree with Jessa the girls who work there at least IMO tend to overdo it with there own makeup I feel like I can do better so I didn't trust her to do a full makeover on me.
