What's a good eyeliner for the waterline?

I love coloring my waterline, but it tends to run by mid-day. My eyes aren't very dry but I suppose I blink more than I notice. What do y'all use? xo.

I use this cream color by revlon... Super cheap and works great. I have smaller eyes and it helps them pop and look bigger and more awake :)

I use Milani's infiniti in everylast liquid liner and I'm telling you it will NOT move(:
just make sure you give it time to set into your eye. It's my top secret(:

Essence long lasting eye pencil. you can get it at Fred Myer they cost about 1.50-2.50$ they have a lot of colors I've have 4 of them and plan on getting more. they're really great my eyes are very sensitive so my eyes tend to tear up but my eyeliner stays put.
