Urban decay primer potion is like THE primer lol, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, Tarte Natural Eye Primer (this is the one I'm currently using and I really like it!) and then you can always use cream shadows :)

Shadow insurance works great, and I hear a lot that elf eyelid primer is an exact dupe for urban decay primer potion!
