Hair scissors/shears for split ends?

Can anyone recommend a good pair of hair scissors/shears?

I am only looking to use them for the occasional split ends I find on myself. I feel like they would be good to have, so I can trim split ends immediately after I see them and not worry about them getting worse.

Tweezerman 2000 shears are pretty decent and only $22-$25!
