I went through a phase for a year where I'd only wear liquid, til I realized the look wasn't as versatile as pencil. With pencil, you can create a sultry smudged effect. I'd say for a night out, wear liquid, but for everyday, I think pencil is a very good look. 😉

Gel. Liquid burns when it gets into your eye and is hard to work with, and I never liked pencil.
