I'm a similar size... if you have a high natural waist and little/no torso, what works really well, especially to accentuate your chest and small figure, something with an empire waist might work. For example, a dress that has a ribbon that ties right under the bust. Because you're small, I would stay away from skinny jeans unless you're wearing long boots. And go for a modest neckline.
