Foundation, powder,
Use two different light browns on your eyelid, with a darker brown in your crease. :)
Line the top and bottom lash line with black or brown eyeliner. Curl your lashes then apply mascara
Use a light blush,
And finish with a light lipstick. :)
Oh and fill in your eyebrows. Make up doesn't look complete unless that's done!

Black eyeliner on top eyelids: thicker at the outer ends. Black mascara: make sure you brush from the root to get that curl & length and for no clump and a more natural beauty look make sure you seperate the clumped lashes with a safety pin. Your skin is a gorgeous shade so you don't even need Bronzer so I would go with tiny specks of liquid foundation covered with powder blended in to make your skin look naturally flawless. I myself use High Brow by Benefit. For your hair just straighten it! Gorgeous color! Good luck!! :) 😃

Black Mascara, undereye concealer and for spots all around. A thin layer of cream foundation to cut down on redness (it looks a little red in the pik you posted so that's just how I fix my redness) - I like CoverFX but it's very pricey. You have such nice eyes - definitely consider doing a subtle cutcrease! As in a neutral slightly-lighter-than skin tone color for the lid and a dark, matte crease color!

Do a messy bun or curl to enhance. Just concealer + mascara + blush on + lipgloss...And the 1st rule to look beautifull, don't forget to SMILE... ;-)

Sheer foundation, concealer (if you want) some bronzer, cat liner, mascara, and a pink lipstick :)
for your hair you can try a messy bun with bangs :)
