You might be able to get some at Delia's but you have to really look. If it isn't too fancy target has some really cute dresses sometimes. You could even look at forever 21 but, there normally isn't anything there... Hoped this helped! :)

13-14 is what, junior high/middle school? There is no occasion on earth that someone that age needs to dress with a "short and tight" dress. None. I can't believe what is happening to the world. Trying to look older and more sexualized is not flattering and can be downright dangerous. Ugh.
