I use to feel the same way. No joke. Its a difficult place to be in when they are in Macy's so I go to a different mall where MAC has their own store like Sephora :)

I felt the same way. It was so uncomfortable I will never go back. Nobody would even help me either, despite asking for assistance. Just another reason MAC will never see a red cent from me.
