I do eyes first...fallout reason. But I do the top eyelid colors first, then foundation to clean up any fallout, then I hightlight the inside corners with a white shadow and if going for smokey eye I do under the bottom lash with a line of color as well. Then mascara on the bottom water line.

Not then mascara on the waterline...lol. Then mascara and black eyeliner on the bottom waterline.

I tend to do my eyes first and as far as using something to keep the eyeshadow on, I use urban decay primer..it's a miracle worker! Then I just clean up around my eyes and add foundation.

I do my foundation first. In order to stop any all out from eye shadows etc, I apply the shadow in very light layers and build it up. That way I make little mess so pretty much no clean up to do :)

Eyes first if your applying eyeshadow because it will than likely fall everywhere and if your wearing dark colors it will look like you got black eyes.use a primer first. After that thn do your face.I use mkup wipes to remove shadow particles.I use Revlon mkup corrector stick it wks very well.

I've always done my foundation first. I think it looks hard to blend around the eyes if you do eyes then foundation. but I think I want to try it that way.

I do eye shadow first just in case I have fall out!

Always do your eye makeup first! Because if you mess up or if the eyeshadow falls down it won't fall on your foundation.

Foundation because when you do your eyes first its hard to cover up undereye circles with your foundation after you've done bottom mascara.

Foundation and face because it is hard to get foundation and concealer around your eyes because you can smear it!

I do eyes first so I don't mess up my foundation. I smudge my foundation when I put on my eyeliner :P Plus I hate when loose eyeshadow falls on it.

I do my eyes first, that way I can cover up any mistakes made from fall out with my foundation after.

Definitely eyes first. That way, I can take a makeup up remover cloth and wipe of the fallout underneath my eyes. After I apply concealer, foundation, blush and finishing powder...I go back to my eyes with a blending brush just to soften the edge of the shadow on my outer eyelid.

I do my eyes first. The time I spend doing my eyes gives my moisturizer time to sink in. And if there's any fallout it won't ruin my foundation or concealer. I don't want to waste product touching it up. My Dior foundation isn't as expensive as some foundations out there but to me its liquid gold haha. Definitely don't want to waste any of it!
