I wouldn't call that an addiction, because there isn't a chemical change occurring to signify dependence. I also think that "natural glow" is a subjective, unqualifiable perception, so the loss of a glow is probably more of a personal phenomena. There might be a correlation between using foundation and then noticing that plain skin is more dull, but I would hesitate to say there is a causal relationship between makeup use and skin glow (positive or negative).

It's not addiction, it's that your skin usually naturally moisturizes and enhances itself, and if you are doing it artificially, it gets too used to it and stops producing it's own natural beauty, so you have to keep using products otherwise your skin will be dull.
