Eye primer and Mac liquid last liner or option just like it is Milani Infinite liquid liner,Sephora brand gel liner and Stila smudge stick water proof eye liner..They're all water proof.

I use Maybelline liquid and I heard that Hard Candy liquid is really LONG lasting. For regular pencil you just either use primer before hand and add a small amount of eyeshadow afterwards. Works for me every time,

Mac liquidlast liquid liner lasts all day on my hooded eyelids (no primers needed). I draw my liner thick too. for pencil liner, I recommend urban decay 24/7 liner. I've tried a lot of eyeliners, drugstore and high end, and these are by far the longest lasting...in my opinion.

Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Zero with a deep dark black shadow to set it in. I do that and it lasts all day (now I use a waterproof liquid liner I bought from Hong Kong)
