Has anyone else tried it? I picked it up randomly today and I have had a horrible time trying to make it work. I even painted my nails with an OPI polish and just used the glitter top coat and it still looks awful. Every time I tried to use the base color and the top coat together the top coat would brush the base coat off with it. After using it with the OPI color I used a quick dry top coat and not even half an hour later its smudged and wrinkled. I totally regret wasting $7 and some change on this.
Am I the only one? I'm bummed out because they looked so pretty.

I haven't tried these yet, but I've read/heard some pretty bad reviews. I think you'd be better off getting a good flakie polish and using that on top of a color you already have. I love Nubar's 2010 and it looks great over every polish I've tried it with. I got mine on Amazon for about $2.

Thanks for the suggestion :) I'll check them out. I usually like Revlon's nail polish so I think that's where the disappointment is coming from mostly lol.
