I can never manage to get a smooth face! I have little bumps all over my cheeks. It isn't acne but it's really frustrating! Any tips?

I have the same. I have a few small pimples around where I have the bumps but they never seem to go away no matter what acne treatment I use.

Also it does take a while for it to work. But for me it was about two weeks before I saw major results.

Is it red sometimes? if yes then you probably have rosacea.

If it just looks like blocked pores (like a zit without the irritation and head), you could probably clear it up with an extraction. Seeing a dermatologist to find out what's really going on is probably your best bet to clear your skin. :)
