The best WHITE MATTE eyeshadow?

I'm doing a wedding next weekend and the bride wants a matte white and black eye. What is the absolute best matte white shadow you've used? It has to be highly pigmented, or tell me your tricks for getting your shadow to look more pigmented. (I know all about eye primers and paint pots) thanks!

Personally I use a primer, NYX Jumbo Pencil in "Milk", then a white shadow from a palette by L.A. Colors. But if you want to go a little more high end (than Dollar Store, lol), Sugarpill's pressed shadow in "Tako" comes highly recommended.
