What eyeshadow color would go well with a hot pink shirt? I was thinking like white but that may be too boring.

A nice warm brown or a gray. Really anything but the color of the shirt.

I would say the same as Sarah, a brown or grey, or even a gold. Try sticking to neutral if you can.

Yeah cuz its definitely HOT pink lol its like a big oversized pink vneck sweater type thing. So I was thinking somethig shimmery, not too bright of a color.

I would use a pale neural of the shirts contrasting color- the color that mixed with the shirt color would make a neural gray.

I have this dark silver color from NYC that I LOVE and it works day or night.

Brown tones always bring out brown eyes.
Choose a light, ivory color for eyebrow bones and by the tear duct. A deep chocolate for the crease and a medium, shimmery, not sparkly, brown for the lid. Since your top is bright, tone down your look with neutral makeup so your look will be balanced.
