I personally think that picking at blemishes or not, you still get a scar. Could just be me but I have some scars on my shoulders from past blemishes and obviously thats not a place where I can get to easily lol.

Smoking ruins your skin. I've seen many people smoke for decades and they look younger than most people their age.
