Gain weight would probably be the only solution to have a fuller face. Unless you use makeup to create the illusion of a fuller face.

Hahaha I love all these answered above me. You guys are funny.
But there's really no way you can make them chubby again unless you want to gain all around, which I imagine you don't...? But I do have some makeup tips to make them look chubby.(:
- darker colours are used to create depth (I.e. if you place a bronzer right underneath your cheek bones, it will make the cheekbones stand out more while the rest of the cheek looks more hollow)
- light colours are used to create high points (I.e. placing a highlighter somewhere will make that area stand out, as it seems to catch more light)
Since you're looking for a way to make your cheeks appear fuller, I'd say go for a mix of blush & highlighter on the apples of your cheeks. Stay away from bronzers and from contouring hollows onto your face. You can also apply highlighter in the middle of your forehead, on the tip of your chin and the bridge of your nose to create even more areas that will optically come forward.
Marilyn Monroe used to think her face was too moon-shaped so she would contour in dark beneath the cheekbones, on the temples and sides of the forehead, sides of the nose, under the nose and under her chin. Then she'd apply highlighter to her cheekbones, middle of forehead, bridge of nose and chin to bring those features forward. So if you substract the dark colours from this routine, you should be on your way to a more fleshed out looking face. Then again, light doesn't exist without dark, so maybe a bit of dark contouring in strategic spots (depending on your face shape) might not be a bad idea - just not around the cheek area.

Put highlighter where contour usually goes. Sorry, your face is maturing, there is a slimming process involved.
