When ever I take a shower I get dry skin. Is there any soap or things like that. Thank you. :)

Try exfoliating in the shower, it removes the dead skin and leaves your skin smoother, you could also try a moisturizing body wash.

I would lotion up right after the shower when your skin is damp. Water in the shower can cause dry skin- which sucks. I would try what Savanna said and then lotion up after the shower. <3.

I know hot showers feel reaaaaally good, but the cooler your shower is, the less moisture your skin will lose.

Baby Oil right out of the shower while your skin is still slightly damp is good.

Hot showers dry your skin.

Use a moisurising shower gel, I use mine with a mitt/glove, then use body lotion/butter whilst skins still damp, haven't had dry skin in ages. I like Sanctuary's body lotion, smells lovely & smells fresh all day.

Moisture is what your body needs. Exfoliating in the shower will help get rid of dead skin cells so when you moisturizer after a shower, your skin will soak it on up. I use Kiehls Imperial Balm as a good moisturizer but these gals have given good options as well.
