Split ends can't be completely fixed without cutting. Matrix total results repair line will help some.

You can't really, if you don't trim them the split ends they just rise up and split worse. :( I'm sorry. Try coconut oil though, it hides them a little bit.

You can also try a heat protectant spray if you use a straightener/curler/hair dryer to stop them from splitting more.
