Can I apply it as moisturizer? Or is it applied like liquid foundation? Can it replace your normal moisturizer if you need more coverage underneath your foundation?

I love tinted moisturizers especially during the summer time when foundation can be too much. I apply my tinted moisturizer just as I would apply my foundation. So, on a clean face #1 Daily Lotion #2 Facial Primer #3 Tinted Moisturizer. && Yes!! Tinted moisturizers can be worn alone or under your daily foundation. Hope this helps =]

You can use your hands and rub it in like a lotion, or use a brush, which sometimes gives more coverage. I would use a facial moisturizer, than the TM, than a foundation over top if you like layering for more coverage. I need a lot of moisture as I have dry skin so I always moisturize before I put on any MU.
