I have really long hair and sometimes it's a major pain in the ass, but I started using the Organix line of Shamp and Conditioner and the Keratin Therapy anti breakage system. I really dig it! Oh and I started using a super wide tooth comb to brush my hair out and it is really helping.

Hmmm...I would say try to use as little heat on it as possible, and use a leave in conditioner at least once a week :)

Use cocanut oil. You can buy it at any grocery store comes in a blue bottle. Under $5. You soak the oil into your hair and massage your scalp with it in for at least 10min. Then you sleep with it in. Then take a shower the next moring. Use conditioner.
- Do it 2x a week for a month and I'm 100% sure you will see a difference in your hair. It will make it grow , grow thicker, and make it shinnyer. Also fights dandriff :)

You can put olive oil all over your hair and massage it all over your head, you can do an avocado hair mask you can look it up on YouTube, and I've been using Pantene beautiful lengths and it really helps my hair it's always soft and a lot healthier, plus it's good to use it when your growing out your hair.

Try Pantene Beautiful lengths shampoo + conditioner. Don't use heat so much cause it causes split ends.

You could just take extra care when you wash your hair, when you are shampooing massage your scalp and wash out thoroughly, when conditioning brush the lengths of your hair through with a comb and massage your scalp again. This will unclog your hair follicles of any products and also stimulate hair growth x

Use a leave-in conditioner instead of a regular one. Deep condition your hair once a week, and try a clarifying shampoo once a month or whenever you feel like you need it. Try to stay away from as many styling products & heat tools as you can. Be gentle when detangling wet hair, and always use a tangle teezer or wide tooth comb. Hope this helped!

Remember to NEVER brush your hair when wet. and hair vitamins! people swear by prenatal but really I suggest getting individual vitamins so you can control the dosage. biotin is great, start off at a small dosage and work your way up assuming your body doesn't react strange. silica, vitamin e, and folic acid are other great vitamins. stay faaar away from hair products with silicone in them, use vegan products! vegan products usually contain vitamin e and keratin in them. ion is a great vegan hair line. use little heat even when washing your hair, and be careful with your hair in the shower. messaging your scalp doesn't mean ravaging your hair. its very vulnerable when wet. if you want to style your hair, use a heat protectant. trim your hair every few months, doesn't have to be a lot. brush your hair with care.

After a hot shower, turn the hot water off and let the icecold water over your hair. it makes sure al of the consitioner is washed out, and after I had done that, my hair was more shiny en less like an afro haha ;)

Put oil in your hair (coconut oil, Moroccan oil, olive oil) whichever you choose. And if you don't have much time just massage it into your hair before you head into the shower

Once a week I melt a few spoonfuls of coconut oil and leave it on mainly the ends of my hair for 1-2 hours. Since I've done this my hair has become much healthier, stronger, and shinier. Plus I now have almost no split ends! Coconut oil can be a bit pricey but it's totally worth it and lasts for a long time.
