For the bottom just pull down your eye and color on your water line(: it will feel weird at first but you'll get used to it

I apply it on my "waterline" but it comes off in a few hrs. However I'm afraid to do it underneath my lashline bc it would be too dark. Does anyone know of any good tips on how to apply it correctly or a good tutorial on it?
