My hair won't grow! :(

Okay, so the longest my hair has ever been was about 6 inches past my shoulders, but I cut it a few years ago about shoulder length. Then it grew back, but then cut it about shoulder length again. I'm someone who likes change, so I was always like, "Oh ill cut my hair, it'll look so cute!" then a week later wish I never did. Well, it's been over a year now and my hair hasn't grown at all really. I used to color my hair frequently, but I stopped. It's been a few months since I last colored. I've also been exercising more, and drinking lots of water. And yes, I do use heat a lot on my hair, but I've been trying hard not to. Is there any other way to help it grow faster? I do have some split ends, but other than that my hair is pretty healthy! Any advice or tips would be great! Also hair product recommendations! Thanks in advance!! :)
