Well I'm not a dermatologist, but try using a salycilic acid face wash. And if it starts to dry out your face only use and oil free acne fighting moisturizer like the ones from clean and clear or clarisonic. Also try to avoid using a lot of conditioner in the hair around your face. I hope this helps!

I had the same problem, I started using proactive and it really works. and if you want to cover up those zits just like put a little foundation on and that should work.
