I make mine with 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut oil (make sure it's organic and unrefined- if it's not it doesn't smell like coconuts!) and a little vanilla extract. you may have to warm the coconut oil up a bit to make it blendable. I use it once a week in the shower and it makes my skin glow and smell amazing!

When I had a cold and my nose was all gross, I just mixed castor sugar and olive oil, and used that. Remember to use circular motions.

I'm not sure olive oilmus all that good for your skin, I read somewhere that the skin doesn't absorb the oil well.

Olive oil is fine, even though coconut oil is easier for your skin to absorb.

There are so many good ones but the simplest one I do is sugar, honey and enough milk to make a good consistency. I rub it all over my body in circular motions, both directions, which is really the most important part. On the other hand, my sister prefers to eat it. She says its delicious.

Warm coconut oil & white granulated sugar! This will make your skin feel INCREDIBLY soft and smell great!
