Lipstick with my light skin/blue hair?

I would love to wear lipstick but I have no idea what colour to wear with my hair/skintone. I find anything to pink/red looks silly with coloured hair, I love lipstick but I can't spend my money trying all the kinds/colours, any colour suggestions? and are there any decently priced brands that stay well enough for kissing and such?

Look at Katy perry pics with her blue hair for better inspiration on what colors to get when you r at the store. Another good cheap lipstick is by wet and wild.
