By not licking your lips. You kinda have to train yourself to not touch or lick them!

Try a lip primer and also I would carry it in my bag so you can reapply as needed!

I also had the same problem. I saw somewhere online that adding a little translucent powder after applying lipstick helps it stay longer. Now I do that every time. It really helps!

Try a matte lipstick or a lip stain. I personally really like nars matte lipsticks cause they really last :)
