My nails always peel and I don't know why. I don't put nail polish on that often anymore. Please help!

I'm pretty sure thats just the polishes problem. Is it old polish? It could also be youre putting on too many coats.

I have the same problem and for years I've been trying to fix it. I eventually had to cut them and keep them short, and I've stopped polishing them for a while now. Maybe you can try garlic. I hear its supposed to strengthen nails. Add it to your top coat or base coat. :/

I had this same problem from changing my polish so often, my nails were dry and peeling. I have been moisturizing my nails like crazy and my nails have really improved.

You need to use a base coat all the time. even if they.re not painted. it will protect the nail. don.t leave them naked or they will keep peeling!
