Yes you need water love. It's vital to all areas of health, especially skin. I usually can't drink a lot because he makes me feel sick but I try to drink as much as I can. Try adding lemon to it, and drink front a bottle. Also drink more tea. Tea actually adds to your water intake.

And cut out sodas! If you really knew what was in those things you would never want to put in your body, trust me.

I don't drink water because it grosses me out, too. I've been like this for about a year and I don't have acne. I do have the occasional pimple here and there, but that's all. I also don't eat bread because of bloating, but I think the water is okay b.

Btw does anyone know if vitamin water has a lot of sugar in it?
Feb 24, 2013
Latisha H.
@Tiffany.. Those vitamin waters usually contain too much sugar for me. Sometimes over 33 grams of it. So if you do have then try not to have them too often.

I hate water too and I've started using MiO drink flavors. Now I drink water all the time! They are sugar free, zero calorie, and the sport version has electrolytes for when you exercise. Soda is very high in sugar and citric acid, both of which are very damaging to your teeth and overall health. Even diet soda is very bad for you; aspartame is not healthy in high concentrations and because it is sweeter than break sugar you develop a higher tolerance for sweets--which can lead to overindulgence of sugary foods/beverages.

I agree with latisha. Water is vital to your health. I have a friend who drinks about two 2 liters of soda per day. He is only 30 years old and he was recently diagnosed with diabetes. All that sugar from sodas is bad for you. I used to drink soda with every meal and in between, now I try to at least have 3-4 cups of water a day, and that isn't even the recommended amount.

Try seltzer instead of soda-they make flavored seltzers as well. I personally find sodas (and some flavored seltzers) too sugary for my teeth so I like the plain seltzers myself. As for water-try infusing it with fruits! You can fill a pitcher with water and add slices of fruit and/or herbs to it, let it sit for a few hours or overnight and the water will taste like whatever flavors you add to it. You can get really creative with the flavors too! You're still drinking water, but it will taste like strawberries and basil, or lemons and cucumber, or raspberries, or pineapple and mint... or whatever you want!

Water is awesome! Keeps you hydrated, your skin, lips, hair etc. Just be side you don't have acne doesn't mean you don't need water. Everyone needs water, in some form. Lots of fruits and vegetables contain water, and they taste great and are good for you. You can also drink tea, of course. I am a huge fan of tea! There's green tea, black tea, white tea, peppermint tea, and so many more. Even if you need to add a teaspoon or two to it, it's still so much better than soda or vitamin water. You also can of course add flavourings to your water, like mint or lemon juice or anything really! Or you can try those MiO flavours, anything to get yourself to drink more water is great! I'm working on getting myself to drink more. I only drink about 5 big glasses a day, and supposedly you should drink 8 or more. Good luck to everyone! :)

I don't enjoy water that much, but I drink two liters a day to make up for the amount of water I lose when I work out. I use water filters in my drink bottles because the water in my new city (Brisbane, Australia) tastes like dirt to me. Sometimes you just have to put up with the crap things in life if you want to be healthy and reap the benefits of a well hydrated body.

I love water lol. If I drink more than one pop a day and no water. I get pimples the next day. So for me, water is a must for my skin! Try getting those flavor packets you put in water. They have tons of flavors. Water is important for every thing to work properly

I would seriously suggest drinking a lot of water I've never drank enough now I have really bad kidney problems I try very hard to drink water but I think bottled water is really nice compared to tap water... What about try and drink dilute just don't use too much dilute hehe :)

Your body is made up of 70% water. I have no idea why you think it's gross or plain, and it's a necessity. Especially if you drink so much soda, which is worse if you don't have any water to balance it out.

Try adding flavor to your water crystal light is good and doesn't contain any calories so go for that! And if you don't drink e bought water it will cause your skin elasticity to fade faster and for you to get wrinkles younger than you normally would
