Hair Loss Problem

I bought these biotin vitamin pills and I heard they were great to stop hair loss. I'm not sure if they might cause me some side effects though, these are normal vitamine pills but I'm still not sure if theyre efficient. Let me know what you think?

I use Biotin and they're great. Got a haircut in Sept and it grew out in no time. But your ideal vitamin for hair loss would be Vitamin E.
