I'm wondering how to curl my hair heatless for special events. And either overnight or for a few hours. Please help! Thanks :) oh my hair is thick.

Wash it and either braid it or twist it up and sleep on it.

Use paper towels or baby wipes and make your hair in an o shape then tie the knot around it with a dry baby wipe or ribbon.

Look up pin curls, they are super easy and make absolutely gorgeous glam curls.

Do lots of little braids after you get out of the shower and let it dry, it comes out really pretty and curly/wavy. :)

When your hairs damp, split your hair in two sections and twist the hair AWAY from your face. let it stay like that til its dry. seperate hair and comb your fingers through a little bit. I do no heat curls all the time and these curls always turned out the best for me:)
