From the website you can choose. On the app there's a little camera button on your profile and you can set it that way.

Iwant to change my profile to a pic ialready have not upload a new pic but thats all its doin icnt choose a pic iwant only if iupload it grr.

To change your profile picture you first go to the B in the right corner then go to your profile and there is a camera button in the right corner ;)

You have to go to your computer go to the site and change from there go to edit pics and it has Change profile pic then click on it :-) they don't have the option on the app yet.
