Its really cute! A bit casual in my opinion. For a night party, I would wear something more BAM! Just a little. Something sparkly, or bright colored. But that's just me. You look good :)

I think it's fine. I always mix casual things with more dressed up things when I go out. Like a slightly more casual top like that one you have on but with little shorts and heels and a shit load of makeup. :) x

It would look nice with black jeans and heels though like you said anyway. I'd wear skinny jeans. Maybe red heels and red lipstick as well with smokey eyes. And a big gold necklace or something :) x
