Okay, I'm going to prom as a freshmen. and I know upperclassmen aren't the biggest fan of freshmen going to their jr/sr prom.. so what are some dress ideas that I could still look good in and not stand out much. I'm 5'2" so I'm pretty short, really tan, skinny, POST PICTURES PLEASE! ;)

Are you planning to go long or short?

I would go with a short length dress maybe something that cinches below the waist if you go to a dress store like David's bridal they can help you and since your short you want somethingt thats not going to make you look younger.

And any color ideas? I was thinking gold because of my tan skin tone.

Id go with tight fitting, poofy will make you look younger & that's not what you want! For color, I think gold will suit you or a dark red! Nothing too bright!

Its from forever new, this australian store. with an embellished neckline too and a relatively open back. like beneath the collarbones. I was looking for something that wasnt too sparkly, but more of subtle elegance! so if its your kind of thing, you might wanna look at dresses like these!
