Just got back from Maui and I need a cute outfit that helps show off my tan legs and arms, but there's a catch: I live in Seattle. Which means its ridiculously cold all the time. I don't do miniskirts or pencil skirts, but I need help!
I have brown eyes and short brownish red hair! (:

Try a v-neck with a sweater or a cardigan, some shorts paired with Lacey tights, and some boots! Maybe add a scarf if you need more warmth! (:
