I agree with F. Or try clear lip gloss if you're wearing blusher. Or pink lipgloss instead of blusher.
Another though is maybe some fake tan. Or some foundation that's a couple shades darker than your skin tone :)

Barbie usually has blue eyeshadow--at least my Barbies did. A light powder blue with white highlights and a deeper blue for a contour.
