my skin is alright but i want a great moisturizer thatll make my skin look like it glows

I don't think moisturizer is suppose to make your skin glow, it's mainly to keep your skin hydrated. If your skin is dull, its probally time to exfoliate, try Ren glyco latic acid mask, packed with AHA to remove your dead skin cells, or Alpha H liquid gold, also an AHA to remove dead skin cells.

Yes, try exfoliating before washing your face. Then, the moisturizer depends on your skin type. What is your skin type?
