At most Shoppers Drug Mart's there is a little makeup stand that has lots of good makeup for less money the brand is called Essence

Essence have very good eyeshadows. There foundation is not very good, and there mascara horrible. But eyeshadows, lip pencils, nailpolish are good, and very cheap! NYC is pretty good, i use there make-up also, bit more pricy. Catrice is also good and not that pricy :)

I think NYX is pretty great. If you have an Ulta card, they usually have a "buy one, get one 50% off" deal! I like all of the products I have tried from them. I have a lot of lipsticks, blush, lip and eye jumbo pencils, and skinny lip liners.
elf is pretty good! I personally love their studio brushes and eyebrow powder/wax duo!
I love Revlon lipsticks
Hard Candy is great for its glamouflage concealer. I haven't tried many of their other products but it seems like people are happy with the brand specially for its price point.

loreal blendable make up..they have all skin colors it's 10.99 ..you can get it from cvs or duane reade.. I love it!
