Anything is possible, even on a budget and you can find amazing deals in local drug stores like CVS or Rite Aid. Check out the flyers they put out each week, they always have some great sales going on. Start with what you need the most, buy a couple things and then wait (if you have to) and go back the next week and buy a couple more. It won't take long before you're makeup bag is complete. definitely elf, check out some youtube videos of their best products, but i'll vouch for their blush and brushes. another kinda cheaper one is wet n wild, their eyeshadows and blush are awesome, haven't tried either brands' foundation but the match perfection by rimmel isnt too bad if you can find your shade, you get a pretty big bottle of it for about $5 and i'd suggest using the rimmel stay matte powder over it which is awesome!

Buy "in the glow" from sephora. it comes with 3 bronzers, 3 blushes, then 3 highlighters all from different high end brands. Then by " lash stash"from sephora for false eyelashes and 10 mascara samples + eyelash primer :) then buy elf foundation , liner, and eye shadows :)
