got a ridiculous hair cut that left me with a silly layer right above my shoulders and its annoying. would it be worth cutting it off at the layer and letting it all grow out? I have VERYYYYYY thick wavey hair so im nervous it will just be a puff ball. help?!

If you posted a pic that would help, but from what you say it sounds like you have longer hair. You could just stick with some cute updos for the next month or so and then have them blend it in, but if it's really bothering you that probably won't stop and your best bet may be to cut it even and start fresh!
