hi my name is sabrina I am 18 and I want to lose weight I am a teen mom I had my first baby at 14 and 16 when I had my second baby now all that weight has made me feel bad about myself I was 125 before and now I'm 185 and plus im short so thats make it worst can someone please help me lose this weight!?!

I know how you feel, after I had kids you have no time! And pack on the weight. Anyway whenever my kids aren't around I try and go to the gym and sometimes I take them along. And I try and eat healthy all the time and it helps :)

I lost almost 100 lbs. I was 250 now I'm 170 I stopped drinking soda no chips lots of water and exercise at least 30 min a day . Drink hot tea.and stay away from junk food :-)

Try a healthy breakfast. Particularly fruit and something with fiber. Start out by walking or running and when you are comfortable, use weights and gradually work your way into lifting. It is not going to be easy, so you must commit to see results which could take as long or little as a month!

Try to eat smaller meals, lots of fresh fruit and veggies:) and like Dyanna said lots of water and don't skip breakfast most important meal of the day! Go light on dinner! And try and get in some workouts 4 or so times a week!:) good luck!

Yes after my daughter I blew up now I'm still on my journey of loosing weight it is challenging but with the right motivation and diet you can do it. You just have to find a routine that fits you and something that you enjoy because everyone is different and a diet for someone my not be a diet for someone else good luck.

I use and swear by MyFitnessPal. If you have an android smartphone you can get it for free.
It asks you your weight, and asks for your goal weight, and it gives a calorie intake that you go by every day so you can get to your goal weight, and you can track your meals and workouts.
I find it to be my best friend with trying to lose weight.
And like the other ladies said, a healthy diet helps a lot.

I started Myfitnesspal Also! LOL. U get 2 see other ppls results & its motivating. Maybe that can be a booster :) This is an area that I need help in as well. I havent had any kids.. but I have put on the weight. If you'd like.. find me on the web at amcv24. We can motivate each other.

try doing paleo ..go to YouTube and search for tiffanyespinoza channel she has video about it she explains everything :) another thing you can do is take acai berry supplements they are natural and its basically like pure fiber just make sure you aren't allergic to acai berry if you do decide to take them. Oh the supplement can be found at walmart stores or any grocery store on the natural supplement section ...another thing is do cardio or swim and drink plenty of water.

u can have curd(without sugar ofcourse) it cuts down fat and if u can why dont you dance for half an hour daily its fun it helps u increase your stamina and of ofcourse burns those extra fats. I lost a lot of weight and became thin from chubby.

drink water only no soda or juice. this helped me loose and keep off my weight for 2 years now haven't gained back 1 lb . I drink about 10 to 12 cups a day
