Hair mask help!

Just wanted to get this out there for everyone! I recently tried a homemade hair mask recipe I got from a friend. But I had a terrible allergic reaction to one of the ingredients! So please, please make sure you look into even the simplest things! A hair mask is probably the worst way to find out I was allergic to eggs! Because it ran from my head to toes and left blotches on my face hands and feet! Not to mention my bloodshot eyes):

You can always just use a deep conditioner. I use Queen Helene's Cholesterol mixed with other hair conditioners I have that I use in my hair & mix it with oils such as Castor oil, Coconut oil & Argon oil.
