Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of acne without buying products? I've tried a lot of different products, but they don't work for more than a month. I don't have a lot of acne, but it does bother me.

I don't know if you consider this a product but it's natural. I use to use acne astringent but now I use 100% witch hazel. Try that.
