Running is a great exercise for your legs. Find a friend to run with to make it more fun. Something that I always suggest is to drink plenty of water. At least 8 cups. After I eliminated all soda and sugary drinks from my diet I felt lighter and my skin also got better. Its really hard at first but you will get used to it.

If U cant find motivation either thru the ppl around you or yourself. Visit a fitness Website. :) Its called myfitnesspal.com.
Although you're super young! But ppl basically just motivate eachother. But drink plenty of water & join a sport in school. :)

cut on soda and unrequired fats. Run for 20 mts to start n gradually increasing your stamina. Join a sport, this will also create a social circle arnd u thts fitness concious. anothr small tip is drink 8 glasses of water so tht u dont confuse thirst wid hunger and also it helps to flush out toxins. Avoid eating anythng heavy after 8pm especially carbs.

your young and yes its good to start young but you don't want to over do it..
start small. do some sports..heck try yoga..
i tried gymnastics..
maybe some cheerleading..you want to do something that's productive at this age because big exercises will become extremely boring or tiresome....

Once you've started exercising and eating well and have gotten into the habit of it, the hardest thing is to stop! (: Staying motivated is one of the most important things. I find that imagining myself at my goal is a huge motivator. (:
