Cardio for 30 min BEFORE you eat a good hearty breakfast. Then do all your regular exercises you would usually do later in the day. Jump starting with cardio in the morning before you eat will help you boost your metabolism.. Breakfast is the most important meal since it sets up your metabolism in the first place for your day

Increase your fluid intake (water) and fiber. Walk jog run. Do weights with your workouts it'll make a difference. Try HIIT workouts. Do everything the right way. Quality over quantity.

MyFitnessPal app is great for not olnly for accountability but to check your intake of vitamins, calcium and iron.. It has honestly changed the way I see fitness and healthy eating :)

Drink a glass of water before a meal and after a meal. The water fills you up so your not as hungry :)

protein, water. Cutting out things like soda makes a huuuge difference. Also smaller portion sizes will leave you feeling and looking a lot better
