Hi girls,
I want to create a black and red ombre lips look, but I don't have any black lipstick at hand.
Is it safe to use black gel eyeliner to line the outside of my lips and blend it with red? I won't be eating with the look, but maybe sips of water here and there.

I think it would be okay ;) If people put eyeliner right next to their eye, and it doesnt bother them at all, it should be okay for lips ;)
