Can anyone one help me. U c, I'm just starting out with makeup and styles and I have a question. What makeup look would go great with my skinn?

Hi Melanie! It depends in your skin type and if your unfamiliar with the skin type you have just go here http://www.care2.com/greenliving/what-is-your-skin-type-quiz.html. Ok so now figure out your budget: Budgets vary from little budget-high budget if you have a low budget I suggest buying makeuo from target/Walmart/cvs/Walgreens,ect because that's where you can find maybeline,loreal,cover girl ,and more of course some of the makeup they have doesn't work as good as high end brands.If you have a high budget I suggest going to ulta,and the mall (where you can find amazing brands like sephora and mac.) most of the products work amazingly ! Ok so for your skin here's a list of things I recommend you using as a new comer:
Bb cream( or tinted moisturizer )
Mascara
Concealer (if you have any unwanted blemishes or under eye circles).
