I used the Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner and it helped with break outs, but my skin felt dry and looked dehydrated as a result. Look for a witch hazel without alcohol if anything. I haven't tried them personally, but I know there are a few alcohol-free versions by a brand called Thayer's. I've seen them online and at Whole Foods.

Witch Hazel is verrryyy good for your skin as a toner. It helps to get rid of all of the left over dirt and makeup that your cleanser didn't remove. It never dried my skin out, but just make sure to use a good moisturizer afterwards

I use the same one as Isis P. and it moisturizes my skin! I love the way it feels.

I would use that one Isis is recommending, because Witch Hazel being an astringent is just going to strip your skin of natural oils while removing any traces of dirt left. It'll cause more problems than solve and dry your skin out a lot and possibly make you produce too much oil. I'm in school for Esthetics and that was surprising to me cause I'd been using it as a toner.
